Herbert A. Cohen, 87, of Apple Valley, Minn., formerly of Duluth, died Wednesday, March 5, 1997, at Methodist Hospital, St. Louis Park, Minn.

He is survived by his wife, Ruth; two sons, Capt. Marshall (Nena Kim) of San Antonio, and Dr. Burton Cohen of Apple Valley; and a sister-in-law, Harriet Cohen of Apple Valley.

Graveside services: 1 p.m. today at Tifereth Israel Cemetery, Duluth. Memorials are preferred to the Sholom Home West. Arrangements are by Hodroff and Sons.
